A crystal maze

 Change Oddly enough, it's happening. I'm sitting here where I have always been. Like a tree that is just receiving water. Like a vessel unmoulded. In the semi-darkness of an old, familiar place. And all of that is gone. I no longer know where I stand, or who I am, or where I'm going. I do not think I have ever been so scared. I don't think I have ever been so lost, so...  So Something has changed, and I suspect it has been me. Now I do not want people to think I have been crying and frightful (but I have been),  at least not all the time. I just thought this morning that my job was to make earthquakes. I think it was like a revelation of what and who I am and while I am proud of that, I'm also scared. This month I decided that I was going to learn how to dream. I did not know how to do that. Desansiedad: questions, questions, questions...

Esta semana terminé la primera parte del curso de desansiedad donde lo que tienes que hacer es medir qué tal esta la relación que tienes contigo mismo; para esto hay una serie de preguntas que contestar y un mini test.... como lo explicoooooo..... Ya, las preguntas van del tipo "qué te gustaría mejorar?", "qué te gusta de tu relación contigo?", "qué tal te llevas contigo?" y así. Me da gusto y un poco de sorpresa reportar que nos llevamos bastante bien; usualmente sabemos lo que queremos realmente y lo aceptamos. aunque no siempre nos hacemos caso -esa es una de esas cosas que escribí que me gustaría cambiar- pero cuando no nos hacemos caso y la regamos, sabemos consolarnos bien y que habrá quizás otra oportunidad de hacerlo mejor... Recuerdo que antes solía repetir las conversaciones o eventos que habían ido mal en mi cabeza y pensaba en las maneras en que podían haber salido de otro modo... pero ahora, cada vez que empiezo a hacer eso nos...

A is for Anxiety

Somehow, I keep returning to writing. Isn't it amazing? How some people finds and outlet on such things?, music, singing, acting, writing... like somehow there is not other way for us to be, and when we are not writing (or acting, or singing etc...) on paper or in a blog, we are writing in our heads, I don't know other people, but I think in book lines; the conversations I have with me and with the other people living in my head are always so beautifully phrased in my opinion... when we have to be witty, we are, and when we are sad we sing it in delicate, subtle pink tones.... But I digress, I do have a purpose for writing this...(do I?) I just wanted to express that I have been thinking in writing terms lately... blog entries spur in my head so often now, that I feel I should at least give up and write here now... What do I have to say? I always end up digressing anyway... Oh yeah, sunflowers... bear with me, I have a purpose... I'm changing people... has it happened...
